It’s nice to meet you! I am also the host of the His Word My Walk podcast, speaker, author, and the creator of the Bible Journaling Bootcamp, where I help Christian women fall in love with God's Word, create the habit of spending time with God in His Word daily, and effectively journal their own thoughts as well as God's Words.
I’ve taken my decades of experience as an elite athlete, followed by careers in professional sports and fitness, and applied those same discipline and habit-creating techniques to my relationship with God. I'll all about throwing out the Christian 'to-do' list and growing a REAL RELATIONSHIP with God!
Earning a second degree in all things Bible, I am here to encourage you and give you all the tips that have worked for me.
